We are pleased to announce, that our traditional pre-Christmas lunch time Bacon Butty meeting at Leicestershire Aero Club was yet again a full success!
What a shame for those that couldn’t make it, the weather at Leicester was quite reasonable on arrival and improved while we were there!
In attendance were Jonathan Faulkner with pax Adrian in G-BFXW, Arthur Junior in G-BOZO from Welshpool, and Graham Baker and Arthur Senior in G-BAJO, also from Welshpool. Roger Steel came at 0’ AGL in his sparky Beemer thingy.
The food was as excellent, and good value, as ever; of particular merit were the Eggs Benedict, eggsellent value at a fiver.

Leicestershire Aero Club welcomes visiting pilots all year round, with 3 hard and 2 grass runways and lighting on our main runway 10/28 and taxiways.

- 04/22 (Asphalt) 490m x 18m
- 16/34 (Grass) 418m x 20m
- 06/24 (Grass) 340m x 30m
- 10/28 (Grass) is unlicensed. Use at your own risk with extra consideration to rotary traffic.
