We had our most recent AYA meeting in Europe the weekend of September 12 and 13, 1987 at Namur, Belgium. I reported to the 21 attending AYA members about our convention at Ames as well as the EAA convention at Oshkosh.

A copy of Fletcher’s parts calalog was well reviewed and we discussed as much as we could about Grummans. Time was short due to the French-style meals – two to three hours for lunch and the same for dinner! Our many thanks go to Evert and Reina Schraverus, who were responsible for organizing the event.
